Barbecue Chicken Recipe
A quick and very easy barbecue chicken recipe.
What You Need:
1 frying chicken cut into pieces or quartered
1 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 Ttbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sweet basil
1/4 tsb thyme
How To Make It:
Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry.
Place chicken in the bottom of a 6 qt. crock pot.
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
Cover tightly and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Tips:
Makes 4 servings. Remove the chicken skin for a healthier dish.
