Crock Pot Jambalaya
What You Need:
1 lb chicken breasts, boneless – cut into 1″ cubes
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb shrimp, cooked
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups rice, cooked
How To Make It:
Cut chicken and slice sausage.
Chop onion and green pepper.
Combine all ingredients in 6 qt. crock pot, except shrimp and rice.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
30 minutes before eating, add cooked shrimp and cooked rice; allow to heat.
Tips:
Can be cooked on high for 3-4 hours instead.









This sounds delicious…am definately going to try it….going to add whole jalepenos and pull them out just before serving hmmm spicy
