		<description>Thank you SO much for saying what size crock pot to use!  Since I have only a 3.5 capacity crock, I would have bought the wrong sized roast, and would have been in a fix.  Now I know how to halve the recipe and enjoy the wonderful flavors of the meal in good way :).</description>

		<description>I stud my pork roast with garlic slivers and rub it with sage before browning it.  Then I put it in the crock pot to finish.  I like your addition of the apple juice and slices.  I will give that a try. I just wanted to let you know that the link for Crock Pot Wednesday is already up. I thought everyone would have a very busy Thanksgiving week, so I got an early start. Thanks so much for posting to CPW last week.</description>
