Ham & Broccoli Casserole
What You Need
1 package (16 oz) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
3 cups fully cooked ham – cubed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 jar (8 oz) process cheese sauce
1 cup milk
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 celery rib, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
How to Make It
Combine the broccoli, ham, soup, cheese sauce, milk, rice, celery and onion into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on the low setting for 4 to 5 hours or until rice is tender.
Tip:
Makes approx. 4 servings.









What size crock pot are you using with the recipes? My daughter-in-law has a 6 qt one, and I have a 3.5 one. I’m guessing it’s the 6 qt size, but I guess I need to know!
