    I put 8-10 potatoes in the crockpot without foil. I salt the outsides or season the outsides, and when they are done they taste better than the best restaurants!

    I bought a 2-quart slow cooker and FORGOT I had it! (Long story) This sounds delicious and I have some potatoes. I think I’ll let this be my inaugural recipe for it.

    The best part about cooking whole potatoes is that you can slice and fry them the next day with a little onion. Delicious!
