I’ve made this and it’s soooooooo good AND easy!!! I add a small container of sour cream after I’ve shredded the chicken. Serve w/ cheese and mexican/spanish rice in flour tortillas with shredded lettuce! A yummy and hearty meal…
I made this one with a corn and black bean salsa…. GOOD STUFF!
I’m SO going to make this tonight! Yum-O! Thanks for the recipe…I am going to make it the same way as, “Loves to cook…: Thanks for the extra feedback / comment.
I make this but I add corn and taco seasoning.. great as taco’s in taco sald and makes great chicken enchilada’s
I do this with the green salsa, add a little sour cream after I’ve diced the chicken and put it all back in the sauce. Sometimes I’ll add black beans and corn. Serve in warm tortillas–leftover goes on salad or a layered enchilada casserole. YUMMY!
